Dear Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,
As you will be aware from the announcement this afternoon, all of New Zealand will stay at Alert Level 4 until 11:59pm on Tuesday 31 August 2021. Auckland and Northland regions will likely remain at Alert Level 4 for longer, possibly for another two weeks. The Government will review these decisions on Monday, 30 August 2021.
While this news may not be unexpected it can be upsetting and difficult to process. If you or anyone you know is finding the lockdown difficult and are experiencing some disconnectedness from friends and family please click here to see a document from the Ministry of Health regarding looking after your mental wellbeing.
